We have dozens of marinade and cooking recipes in our collection, and wanted to introduce you to one of our favorites. The Best Little Marinades Cookbook is an authentic collection of home made marinades, which feature a variety of influences, from Southern American cuisine to French wine recipes to spicy Latin American traditions. Concentrated on traditional European recipes, the book provides a number of ideas as well as exact recipes to follow.
At just under 100 pages, it’s a relatively compact book but it complete with some great ideas to give you creative influences for your marinater. Written by chef Karen Adler, who is known for her BBQ recipes, the book expands on a variety of influences that Adler gained in your culinary adventures throughout the world, meeting with local chefs of all stripes. Adler is known for coming up with original recipes by working with a variety of chefs and genres, combining some of the best from each chef to create brand new selections.
Part of the Best Little Cookbooks series, this book delivers and makes a solid addition to your recipe set. Some of our favorite recipes featured in the book including a Middle Eastern Apricot Yogurt Marinade, a Cabernet Balsamic steak marinade, a Maoroccan spicy marinade and several others, including the Que Queen Prize BBQ marinade. Ranging from the complex to the simple, the recipes cover the full gamut of culinary selections.
