A solid vacuum seals provides complete marinades in a matter of minutes, saving you time and money over more extensive, overnight solutions. Additionally, the capacity can fit an entire meal, with over 2 quarts of base, enough space to marinate an entire grill.

The Seal a Meal line is known for helping to make great marinades in less time, and this kit makes the entire process much easier. The included vacuum hose allows you to easily remove all of the air from the container, opening up the pores of the meal and ensuring an even marinade throughout the product. Other marinating kits can leave meals uneven, resulting in a partial recipe that will leave you unfulfilled; by contrast, the Rival Seal a Meal ensures that, no matter what you prepare, the entire kit is complete.

In our test, a variety of marinades effectively flavored meals in under 20 minutes, including soy sauce, salad dressing and custom recipes. You can virtually prepare anything from coated deserts to stews, meats and vegetables. You’ll save a lot over electronic, elegant devices and get the same quality results with the Seal and Meal Kit. As an efficient tumbler, you will require less marinade and can season your food more quickly than you otherwise could – in our tests, just a few minutes of marinating were sufficient to give the food complete flavor. What really sets the Marivac apart is a patented vacuum which seasons the food much more quickly; with its electronic, automated design, you’ll be able to marinate the food in less time and more reliably than ever before.

Utilizing the very same marinating technology that top restaurants use to season meat and vegetables in less time, Eastman has produced a reliable product that is backed by a complete one year warranty. The included recipes also provide some good ideas, and the dishwasher safe structure makes it easy to clean. More than just an automated food tumbler, the Eastman marinated features a patented internal design which ensures that the food will saturate more of the marinade in less time.

With an easy to use control panel, the Marivac is used in many top kitchens and restaurants throughout the country. With commercial grade vacuums and an energy efficient design, you can rely upon it to help you prepare meals quickly and reliably in less time. In our test, the pressure valves worked well and the food retained its flavors well overnight. While the price is a bit steep (just shy of $200), for frequent cooks, it can pay off in just a few months time.

The 2.5 quart instant marinater has been been one of our favorites for the past few months, and, while the product is far from perfect, we recommend it for everyday home use. If the product has one major advantage it’s speed: you can use it to marinate food quickly with its vacuum seal that allows you to season food more quickly. For its price, it’s unusually reliable – the polycarbonate design is dishwasher safe and is designed to last for years. Weighing just over 1.5 pounds, it’s ideal for short or long term food storage.

Designed to help the food enhance its natural flavor, with a vacuum seal, as well as enhancing the flavor with a spiced marinade, the product worked great on our recipes. At just under $40 it’s a pretty solid value compared to higher end products on the market. Vacu Vin isn’t a high end brand but the product flat out works, so we’ll happily choose it over more established brands that cost into the hundreds. One drawback is that is can only hold a limited volume, so if you’re preparing large meals you’ll have to purchase multiple products to ensure that you can marinated everything you need to. Vacu Vin did increase the volume from the previous generation and you can now fit larger roasts, but big family holiday meals will still not quite meet the capacity requirements.

In our tests, we stored food overnight and had great results with Vacu Vin, which retained all of the flavor and freshness. Probably the best feature is that it’s entirely dishwasher safe, which is great for those who are weary of hand cleaning after a solid marinade is complete – the good news is that it comes out solidly clean after washing. We used the previous model for years, and gladly upgraded to the new Vacu Vin. The company is known to stand behind its products and is quick to respond to inquiries, so we can recommend the product to our readers.

When you head out to eat, you can enjoy some of the finest marinated recipes from top chefs. The good news is that the editors of Marinaters have worked to bring you some top secret restaurant recipes that you can prepare at your own home. One of our favorites is the Zov’s Marinated Salmon, which is served with a spicy sauce and is the perfect dinnertime recipe that is just spicy enough to have a solid kick.

To start, you’ll want to select four wild Alaskan salmon (roughly 6-8 ounces each) – the best salmon will be fresh, although you can also thaw out frozen if that’s all that’s available. There is a major difference between wild and farmed salmon, so always make sure to choose the former. Next you’ll want a few fresh tomatoes – you can select any variety, but we recommend vine ripened organic tomatoes for the best dish. Next, you’ll want to pick up some fresh basil and a few cloves of garlic for seasoning. On top of that you’ll need some fresh ground pepper, kosher sea salt and some olive oil. Additionally, you can add a small red onion, which you’ll dice to add some flavor. The secret to this recipe is a spice mixture that you’ll use to season the fish, which is comprised of cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, rosemary, allspice and cinnamon – combine a teaspoon of each for a great seasoning.

Begin by rubbing the spices into the fish, and then combine the additional vegetables and spices in your marinade (save the garlic and onion) and let sit overnight. You’ll want to grill the salmon at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes each side. Then remove the salmon from the grill and add to a pan with olive oil, onion and garlic, and let cook for a few minutes until it’s perfectly suited for serving.

A great way to put your marinater to good use is to make a delicious steak recipe for your next party. The editors of Marinaters.com worked with expert chefs to craft an unbeatable marinating recipe that will be sure to leave your guests wanting more. We recommend choosing a lean, tender steak such as prime rib or flank, which will ensure that the marinade is well distributed throughout the meat. You can either grill or broil the steak, depending on your preference; either way, you’ll have a great dish in the end.

To start, you’ll want a pound of lean steak, along with some salt and pepper for the main dish. The marinade is comprised of olive oil (¼ cup), minced garlic (1 glove), a tablespoon of red wine vinegar, ¼ cup honey and ¼ cup of low sodium soy sauce. You’ll want to make sure that you place some incisions in the meat so that the marinade works particularly well. Many marinaters work best overnight, although you should also be able to get away with a few hours. Mix the ingredients in your marinater with the meat, and then remove it and add the pepper and salt.

Cook the meat on an olive oil coated tray, and cook on high for about 15 minutes – if you have a grill, make sure to turn it half way between. You’ll want to make sure the inside is well cooked according to your preferences – we recommend medium well, although you can also try medium rare if that if you preferences. Slice the steak thin and top with a home made sweet salsa for your guests’ enjoyment.
